A few things to know before you join the fun:
PICKUP & POLICIES
-
Pickup takes place the Friday following each drop.
During checkout you'll choose a pickup time.
Pickup windows are available in 30-minute intervals between 5 PM and 7 PM.
Pickup location details will be provided after purchase. -
Fort Myers - McGregor & Colonial Area
Exact pickup details are included with your order.
I've done my best to choose a pickup location that's reasonably central. With growth, I love to expand pickup & delivery options in the near future.
-
Unfortunately, no.
Fat Tiger Bakes is currently powered by one baker, one mixer, and a calendar that's held together with cookie dough and good intentions.
Pickup is only available during your selected pickup window. I know life happens, but I can't accommodate alternate pickup days or times.
The cookies, however, fully support your decision to set a reminder on your phone.
-
Please don't.
The cookies will be sad, I'll be sad, and a tiny tiger will shed a Maldon salt tear.
Because cookies are baked fresh for each drop, orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
-
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
I purchase ingredients and bake specifically for the number of orders received.
Please be sure before ordering.
This is a cookie drop, not Amazon Prime, I've probably already bought an irresponsible amount of butter on your behalf.
Every time a cookie is abandoned, this baker sheds a single salty Maldon tear.
-
YES - BUT, I need to know ahead of pickup.
Otherwise I'm sitting in a parking lot while a stranger confidently tells me they're here for your cookies.
THE DROP
-
Fat Tiger Bakes operates as a monthly cookie drop. Orders open for a limited time, cookies are baked fresh to order, and pickup takes place on Friday.
Flavors change from month to month, so if you see something you love, don't overthink it.
-
Because Fat Tiger Bakes is a passion project, not a full-time bakery.
It's a small-batch operation run by one human with a calendar, realistic limitations, and a full-time career I genuinely enjoy.
It's a creative outlet that brings me a ridiculous amount of joy, and a chance to share that joy with other people through cookies.
In a world of instant gratification, monthly drops feel a little more special.
Good things are worth waiting for.
-
MAYBE
Send a message and let's talk. The answer isn't always no.
Custom orders are best suited for larger events, and other occasions where lots of people need cookies.
For smaller requests, the monthly drops are usually your best bet.
My free time is as precious as the One Ring.
-
NOT CURRENTLY
Florida Cottage Food laws put limits on how my cookies can be sold.
That being said...
If a local coffee shop, brewery, restaurant, or my favorite pizza place wanted Fat Tiger cookies... I'd suddenly become very interested in commercial kitchen regulations.
-
Not at this time.
Fat Tiger Bakes is currently powered by one baker, one mixer, and sheer determination.
THE COOKIES
-
Let's be honest.
Most of these won't survive more than 24 hours. But if they do,...
Fat Tiger cookies are best enjoyed within 3–4 days.
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
-
In theory, yes.
In practice, I've never had cookies around long enough to test it myself.
If you'd like to save some for later, place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze.
When the craving strikes, thaw at room temperature and enjoy.
I never recommend nuking them in a microwave.
-
Yes.
Cookie preferences are deeply personal, and that’s OK.
Fat Tiger cookies tip the scales at around 5–6 ounces, lean soft in the center, just the right amount of underbaked, with crisp edges and plenty of texture.
-
NO. THEY’RE COOKIES. Now go on, git. Get outta here, nerd.
That said, they're made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, from-scratch components, and a level of cookie obsession that borders on concerning.
No shortcuts. No mystery goo. Just really good cookies.
Life is short. Eat the good cookie.
